Today the Charlotte Observer printed an article that Bank of America is launching a new service for it’s small business customers. You can read the article here.
The gist is that the bank feels that as more and more small businesses are moving to doing business online, they can offer services that were previously not profitable for them to do so.
If BOA is getting online because it sees an opportunity, shouldn’t you try to capitalize on that opportunity too? Do you have a small business that isn’t taking advantage of being on line? Are you looking for ideas on how to do better? Do you frequently interact with small businesses? Then what are you waiting for? If you do not have an effective web strategy, you are throwing away money.
